- Obtaining a detailed brief from the client and agreeing on turnaround time
- Assigning a dedicated person for the duration of the project who communicates directly with the client, thus eliminating miscommunication
and misunderstanding - Designing product
- Typesetting and layout on approved new or existing design
- Document and SENS conversions (where required)
- Proofreading text for typos, grammatical errors and inconsistencies
- Quality checks throughout the process and prior to printing
- Digital distribution via emailers or SMS notifications
- Printing (litho and digital) and mailing
